• Took ownership of a legacy technology platform, working to stabilise and improve the operation of the websites to support significant volumes of ticket sales.
• Started the process of redeveloping the e-commerce portal using React. The team continued this work after I returned to SBG and the finished work is the current e-commerce portal at ticketarena.co.uk
• Introduced auto-login for customers who used Facebook Auth, resulting in a seamless, personalised experience from the start of their browsing journey.

Worked with senior PR colleagues to introduce web design, development, strategy and optimisation services that worked alongside traditional consumer and corporate PR to achieve commercial results for clients.

My dissertation focused on auto-stereoscopic imaging using specialist displays. I created a 3D vector drawing package that allowed designers to place items and objects in 3D space without the need for special glasses.
